TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE SERVICE
Billeje Rønne, Stengade 71, 3700 Rønne, CVR no 44673576, operates a rental service where companies and individuals can rent cars for mutual benefit by ordering online and picking up the rental car regardless of the time of day.
1 General
These terms and conditions apply to rental and services from www.Billejeroenne.dk to companies and individuals. The terms and conditions, together with your order, form the overall contractual basis for the purchase.
2 Definition of parties
The lessor or seller is: Billeje Rønne and hereafter referred to as we, us, the lessor or Billeje Rønne.Tenant is: The person who is stated as tenant or buyer in the booking, and who is referred to below as tenant, the customer, you or your.Rental items means Cars, equipment, machines and everything else that is rented out at www.Billejeroenne.dk
3 Payment, deposit and rates
Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard online via our payment provider DIBS, which meets the strictest security requirements. The tenant pays at the time of booking, and then the rental agreement is considered concluded.
Billeje Rønne, follows normal rental practices and also reserves a deposit as stated on the order receipt in order. The reservation insures the company if the customer returns the vehicle late, damages the vehicle or does not deliver at all. The amount of the deposit varies with the selected equipment to be rented and is specified in your Order Confirmation. Billeje Rønne, has the right to use the deposit to cover damages and other costs mentioned above and/or any recourse claims point 5 below.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The total price for the purchase is displayed prior to booking and includes all expenses in connection with the rental or purchase. If there have been errors with the prices of a significant size from the company name's side on the website, the company name can unilaterally change, delete or reject the order even after the customer has received order confirmation or the like. However, such errors must be corrected and the customer informed within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.
4 The condition of the rental object
Billeje Rønne undertakes to deliver rental objects of high quality in ready-to-use condition. Billeje Rønne has their own routines that check and maintain the rental objects before and after rental.
During the rental period, you are responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment. Exemption from liability may occur if the damage or loss is due to technical errors or omissions. The tenant is therefore obliged to check the rental object before use and contact Billeje Rønne if the rental object is not in its expected condition.
5 damage
All damages, technical faults or accidents that may occur during the rental period must be reported immediately to Billeje Rønne. We will then do our best to assist the tenant. Damages are reported to Udlejning@billejeroenne.dk immediately. This applies to: also in case of theft.If the damage is caused by incorrect use, intentional or negligent, Billeje Rønne will be able to use the pre-reserved deposit and, if necessary, deduct additional outstanding amounts to cover costs in connection with repair, service or replacement of the rental object. This also applies if the equipment is returned in poor condition or is delivered dirty beyond normal. We always endeavor to give the best advice and tips for using the rental object, but are not responsible for the performance or for direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the use of the rental object, delays or errors in the rental object.6 Use of the rental objectUse of rental items is at your own risk. The person driving a vehicle rented by Billejerønne must be over 25 years of age for passenger cars and over 27 years of age for minibuses or vans.The tenant is responsible for equipment and accessories being used in such a way that they are not damaged or unreasonably dirty. Correct and safe use of the equipment is the tenant's responsibility.
6 Use of the rental object
Use of rental items is at your own risk. The person driving a vehicle rented by Billejerønne must be over 25 years of age for passenger cars and over 27 years of age for minibuses or vans.The tenant is responsible for equipment and accessories being used in such a way that they are not damaged or unreasonably dirty. Correct and safe use of the equipment is the tenant's responsibility.
7 Accessories
As a general rule, accessories must be purchased or rented separately when ordering vehicles and selected according to the task the renter wishes to perform on the website. The website also describes what is included in the delivery of the rental object.
8 Tenant's rights and obligations
The renter must be at least 25 years old and is obliged to provide correct customer information when he creates a user account in order to Book and rent on Billejeroenne.dk, Billejerønne sends messages to the specified e-mail, address and telephone and such messages are considered received and valid when sent to us.The user account is personal, and if you suspect that others have access to your account, you are obliged to notify Billeje Rønne immediately. Billeje Rønne has the right to freely reject, terminate or suspend a user account without prior notice or liability, including if the terms are deemed to have been violated.Furthermore, these rental conditions must be accepted before booking on the website.The tenant must return the lease before the agreed date and time expires and on the agreed delivery form. The tenant is expected to keep up to date with the service point's normal opening hours.The lessee or cardholder authorizes Billeje Rønne to make credit card instructions for, among other things, Rental items that are not returned are dirty beyond normal or in the event of damage to the rental item. The power of attorney thus granted also applies to the authorization to charge the payment card for additional rent/replacement claims if: The rental object is returned after the end of the agreed rental period or is returned with errors or defects.Delay in returning the vehicle beyond 1 - one - hour in relation to the agreed rental time entitles the lessor to one day's extra rent as well as a supplement, currently of DKK 300, which covers additional expenses here in the event of late submission. If the rental object is not returned after one day, Billeje Rønne is entitled to compensation for the agreed daily price, as long as the vehicle has actually been disposed of and not returned by the renter.
9 Change of order
To change orders, Billeje Rønne must be contacted. The changes are not valid until they have been confirmed in writing by us. This is to ensure that the rental properties are actually available. Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed, the rental object must be returned at the agreed time. Extension of the lease period can be done before the start of the lease period and/or during the lease period in the event of a change to the start of the lease or the end of the lease.Changes and cancellations of rental properties that result in the rental properties being available to other users Changes may be subject to a change fee to cover the cost of rebooking. The change fee is currently DKK 300. All costs will be disclosed to the tenant before entering into the order or changing the order.10 Delivery and returnDelivery and returns take place in this way, at the place and at the time indicated on the order confirmation. You will also find it under your page. We are responsible for the products until they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have received the products in your possession. To receive the rental object, you must have your reservation reference. The name you enter on the reservation must match the name on the ID card upon collection.If delivery of the rental items is delayed, we will provide you with information as soon as we become aware of it, together with information about when delivery may take place, or if the product(s) are out of stock or the rental item(s) are unavailable.You are responsible for the product until it is returned to us or our service points.We check the condition and function of the rental objects and that all parts are present when they come into our care. In the event of complete delivery in contractual condition, the reservation for the deposit on the deposit payment card is deleted.
11 Intellectual property rights
The content and service are protected by copyright law. Image material stored on the site is obtained with permission from the rights holders. Videos on YouTube are links to third-party services outside Billeje Rønne's control.
12 Protection of personal information
Billeje Rønne processes your personal data in a secure data register to fulfill their obligations and protect their rights under the rental contract. The personal data processed are name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and order history. This history remains saved for accounting and other obligations. All saved information is available in "My Account". The tenant has the right to have his personal data removed from the landlord's systems, which is done by contacting Billeje Rønne in person.Your payment card will be stored as long as you have an active order. The payment card is stored with our payment provider DIBS. They store the information in a safe and correct way. Storage of payment cards makes it even easier when shopping. You can delete payment cards on your website. Billeje Rønne does not save any credit card information.Billeje Rønne uses cookies, just like most other webshops. Cookies store data in your browser from the website to recognize you from page to page and visit to visit. We can then recognize who you are so that, among other things, you can get correct prices and easier login. 14 Changes
Billeje Rønne reserves the right to change or replace these terms at any time. The applicable terms are always available at www.Billejeroenne.dk. If Billeje Rønne assesses that the changes in the terms and conditions are significant in relation to the tenant's rights or obligations, the changes will be made available at www.Billejeroenne.dk 30 days before they come into force.By using the service after the changes to the terms have been made available on www.Billejeroenne.dk, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not want to accept the new terms, you cannot use Billeje Rønne
15 Crazy driving
Statement of Faith and Law – Driving in Violent Driving (L127) The tenant, who must drive a car belonging to Billeje Rønne, declares by signing this contract on good faith that the tenant in question is not currently charged or prosecuted or has previously been punished for: • Negligent manslaughter under particularly aggravating circumstances (Section 241, 2nd point of the Criminal Code), • Negligently causing significant damage to someone's body or health under particularly aggravating circumstances (Section 249, 2nd point of the Criminal Code), • Deliberately causing imminent danger to someone's life or property (Section 252, subsection 1 of the Criminal Code), • Driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of more than 2.00 per thousand or an alcohol concentration in the exhaled air of more than 1.00 mg per l air (section 117 of the Road Traffic Act, subsection 2 no. 1), • Intentionally causing damage to someone else's person or property, intentionally causing imminent danger for this reason or in having otherwise driven a motor vehicle in a particularly reckless manner (section 126, subsection 1 no. 4 of the Road Traffic Act), • Having driven at a speed of 200 km per hour or more (Traffic Act section 126, subsection 1 no. 10) or • Driving with a speed limit of more than 100 per cent. when driving at a speed of more than 100 km per hour (section 126, subsection 1 no. 11 of the Road Traffic Act).
The lessee also declares in good faith that the lessee will not use the vehicle for the aforementioned offenses or other offenses which may lead to confiscation of the vehicle, cf. Section 133a of the Road Traffic Act. Renters who rent cars from Billeje Rønne with a view to letting someone other than the renter drive the car, have a duty to ensure that the persons driving the car make a corresponding declaration. This applies, among other things, but not exclusively, to extra drivers added to the rental contract, the hirer's employees and persons who sublet the car with Billeje Rønne's permission. If you need to add an extra driver during the rental period, contact Billeje Rønne for further information. Renters who hire cars from Billeje Rønne with a view to letting someone other than the renter drive the car are also obliged to carry out reasonable investigations to discover whether the driver of the car may risk using the car in violation of the above provisions, and to take all reasonable steps to secure his and Billeje Rønne's financial position, should the car be confiscated. The renter is obliged to compensate Billeje Rønne for any loss that Billeje Rønne may suffer as a result of the car being confiscated as a result of the renter or another person to whom the renter leaves the car driving the car in violation of the above provisions. In the case of business rent, employees and employers are jointly and severally liable towards Billeje Rønne. Settlement of fuel: All vehicles are initially delivered with a full tank. If you do not return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, you will have to pay the cost of the missing fuel, including a refueling fee. Insurances included in the rental: The lease includes the below-mentioned insurances. In the event of any damage, which may be covered by one of the insurances mentioned, the tenant is obliged to fill in and submit a damage report to Billejerønne. If the tenant does not submit an adequate damage report, Billejerøn can collect all expenses for compensation of the damage from the tenant, regardless of the insurance taken out. Liability insurance Liability insurance means insurance that protects the driver of a vehicle from liability against another party's claim for damage to that person's property or for personal injury or death as a result of an incident occurring while you are using the vehicle. Liability insurance is a legal requirement and is therefore an integral part of our rental service. The costs of liability insurance are included in the rental price. Liability insurance does not cover:- personal injury or death suffered by you (the driver at the time of the collision), or - any damage to or loss of your personal property or belongings, or - any damage caused to the vehicle Comprehensive insurance (CDW/CDI – Collision Damage Waiver/Insurance): Our comprehensive insurance limits your financial exposure as a result of damage to the vehicle while it is in your care. If you purchase our standard comprehensive insurance and comply with the provisions of the rental contract, applicable legislation and these terms and conditions of rental, we will – with the exceptions listed below – cover the costs of repairing damage to the vehicle that exceed the excess. A deductible must be paid for all damages that occur during the rental period, including damages that may occur without the driver's knowledge or fault. The deductible is determined by the category of the vehicle and the type of insurance you have purchased.
You can reduce by purchasing our excess insurance instead of the standard comprehensive insurance offered. Comprehensive insurance does not cover loss, theft or damage to items (including luggage or goods) stored or transported in or on the vehicle by you or a passenger. Comprehensive insurance also does not cover damage to the vehicle in the following circumstances:- Damage caused by the driver's intentional or grossly reckless actions. - Damages as a result of gross negligence on the part of the driver. Gross negligence is considered behavior that does not meet the standards expected of a reasonably reasonable person under similar circumstances, including hitting viaducts, bridges, overhangs etc. with a sign height that is less than the height of the vehicle. - Explosion or fire in (or on) the vehicle caused by smoking in the vehicle, or as a result of you using the vehicle to transport dangerous goods. Dangerous goods are considered to be a product or substance which, due to its nature and/or main characteristics, can be considered dangerous and can cause damage to the vehicle or other persons or objects in or near the vehicle, if it is not transported with appropriate caution and safety. - Damage as a result of theft of the vehicle or parts of the vehicle or vandalism against the vehicle while the vehicle is parked unlocked, unattended. - Theft of the vehicle or parts of the vehicle because the keys to the vehicle have been lost or stolen or left in the vehicle. In the event of damage such as the above, in addition to the full costs of repairing the damage to the vehicle, without taking into account an agreed deductible, you may be made responsible for Billeje Rønne's lost earnings during the period the vehicle must be without (deprivation compensation), as well as Billeje Rønne costs in connection with processing the claim (claim processing fee).
Calculation of the price of insurance products: The price of the insurance products varies depending on the category of the vehicle, the duration of the rental period and the selected Billejerønne coverage options (Basic or Premium). Please contact Billejerønne to hear more about insurance options. Accident - In connection with an accident, you must, as soon as you become aware of it, and no later than five (5) working days, (i) report the incident by completing a claim report. If necessary, please report the incident to the local police authorities.
